The Emergency Home Energy Assistance for the Elderly Program (EHEAP) assists low-income households with at least 1 person age 60 and older when the households are experiencing a home energy emergency.

If you need financial help to pay your electric bill, United Way provides a free service that connects area residents to critical health and social service resources when they need help the most. United Way’s 2-1-1 helpline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
