The Board’s responsibilities include oversight of legal requirements, revision of bylaws and operating policies as needed, approval of major contracts and agreements, ensuring adherence to sound business practices, maintaining an adequate and reliable power supply at the most reasonable cost to our members and much more.

PRECO is a not-for-profit electric distribution cooperative with more than $90 million in annual revenue and approximately $250 million in total assets, serving more than 41,000 active accounts in Brevard, DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Manatee, Osceola, Polk and Sarasota counties.
