Payment Due Reminders Available

PRECO members spoke and we listened.

Our members told us they would like to receive a reminder when their electric bill is coming due. In response, we are proud to announce that payment reminders are now available!

Sign up for “Payment Reminder” and you will receive an email or text (or both, if you choose) notifying you when your bill is due.

It’s easy to do. Sign up online or in our mobile app:

Online

  • Log into your online account at www.preco.coop
  • On the Notifications menu, click on Manage Notifications, then Billing
  • Locate Payment Reminder, then select Options
  • Enter your preferred notification method(s)
  • Choose the number of days in advance that you would like to be notified

or

Mobile App

  • Access PRECO’s SmartHub mobile app
  • Tap on Settings
  • Go to Manage Notifications
  • Enter your preferred notification method(s)
  • Choose the number of days in advance that you would like to be notified

Now, sit back and relax knowing that you’ll receive a notification when your bill is coming due.
