PRECO Photo Contest

Enter our photo contest! The winning photo will feature on the cover of our Florida Currents magazine and win a $100 energy bill credit. Up to 5 other winners will win $50.

Eligibility

Only “vertical” photos, such as shown here, will be accepted. Photos must be 8″ wide x 10″ high to completely fill our magazine cover. (photo: Walter Erbeck, previous winner )
  • No categories. Just submit your best shots
  • Open to PRECO members only (PRECO employees and immediate family are not eligible)
  • Limit 3 entries per person
  • Photos must be taken in PRECO counties (Brevard, DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Manatee, Osceola, Polk, Sarasota)
  • Photos must be your original work

Photos

  • VERTICAL (PORTRAIT) IMAGES ONLY (see instructions on image at right)
  • 8″ wide x 10″ high
  • JPG or JPEG format only
  • 300 pixels-per-inch (ppi)
  • Size: 1 MB minimum, 10 MB maximum

Prizes

A maximum of 6 winning entries will be selected:

  • $100 for Best of Show
  • $50 electric bill credit for each winning entry
