If you see burned-out or damaged light on Peace River Electric Cooperative’s lines, please report it on our website, through our SmartHub mobile app or by calling 800-282-3824.

Please provide:

  • A description of the problem
  • The location of the streetlight or outdoor light
  • The pole number where the light is attached
  • Your name, account number and contact information
