What commands are available with Outage Texting?

There are 4 interactive text commands:

1. Outage — Submit an outage directly to our dispatch center
2. Status — Request updates for an ongoing outage
3. Quit — Stop receiving outage text notifications
4. Help — An automated response will provide PRECO’s 800 number and other information
