Creating a payment arrangement is quick and easy.

Members enrolled in PrePaid Power, Budget Billing or EFT/Auto Pay are not eligible.

On our website

  • Log in to My Account Sign-In
  • Go to the “Billing & Payments” tab, click on “Payment Extensions”

Note: To use the automated process above, you must have previously registered for online access. To register, enter your PRECO account number, last name or business name, and email address.  

On our SmartHub mobile app

  • Open the app
  • Select “Bill & Pay”, then “Payment Extensions”
