Charitable Donations

One of the ways PRECO supports the local community is through charitable donations.

Projects such as school and extra-curricular activities, sports sponsorships, civic service activities, fundraisers and community awareness campaigns will be considered.

Donations will not be made to:

• An organization’s operating fund
• Political causes or lobbying efforts
• Religious groups, unless its project is clearly open to everyone in the community

Donations are not guaranteed to any particular organization or project. Funds are distributed at the sole discretion of the cooperative.

To apply, mail an official event brochure, flyer or request on official letterhead to:

PRECO’s annual budget for charitable donations amounts to less than $1 per electric service, per year.
