2012 Read Date Schedule
To determine which cycle your account is in, look at the top portion of your bill. In the middle of the page you will find a box entitled “CYCLE”. Drop the last digit of the number listed there to determine your cycle.
For example, if the number listed is 21, drop the last number and the remaining number is your cycle number, cycle 2. Or, if the number 165 is listed, drop the digit on the far right and your cycle number is 16.
On the Read Date Schedule, find your cycle number in the cycle column. Follow the numbers across to find your read date. Routes may be read up to five days prior.
