Peace River Electric Cooperative's Bylaws were updated in 2007 to delete, add, or modify the language of various provisions to comply with Florida statutes, regulations, and other matters that more accurately reflect the current operations of the Cooperative. The Bylaws can be viewed here on our website. New members will receive a copy of the bylaws in their New Member Packet when applying for service.
